Rally is operated by Fynko Technologies Ltd ("Fynko", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you use Rally, including the Rally mobile application, website, and related services.

By using Rally, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where applicable, Rally may separately ask you to acknowledge a particular version of this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Rally is a platform that helps organizations manage members, attendance, groups, announcements, achievements, events, and related organizational activities.

Rally may be used by churches, associations, communities, teams, and other organizations. Your organization may determine what information is collected for its activities and which authorized administrators or team leaders can access information within the organization.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Rally and the features enabled by your organization.

Account information

Profile information

Depending on the features used by your organization, your profile may include:

Organization and membership information

When you join an organization, we may process:

Attendance information

When attendance is recorded through Rally, we may process:

Location information

Some Rally features use location information. If you use a location-enabled attendance feature, Rally may process your device's location to determine whether applicable attendance requirements have been met.

Rally also supports optional location-based reminders using device geofencing. When this feature is enabled, Rally may use your device's operating-system location capabilities to determine whether you have entered a relevant area and may send an attendance-related reminder.

Geofencing is different from continuous GPS tracking. Rally does not continuously monitor your GPS position.

Location permissions are controlled through your device settings. Disabling location access may prevent certain Rally features from working.

Points and achievements

Rally may maintain records relating to points, achievements, recognition, and related organizational activities.

Announcements

Rally may process information about announcements and whether you have viewed or interacted with them.

Device and technical information
